My work Laptop packed in and I tried to get it into a shop over the bank holiday weekend. I found Alex and within a few hours he diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth repairing so I had to buy a new one . 48 hours later I dropped off the new laptop to Alex and he rescued I would say 99% of my data from the broken one and I collected 4 hours later.
