PLEASE NOTE: We don’t charge a call-out fee to come to your home/office. However, if we diagnose your computer problem and you decide you don’t want us to repair your computer or it only requires a simple part to be ordered by you, then we will charge a £25 diagnosis fee to cover our time, advice, and travel.
If you decide to go ahead with us and repair the device, then the 25£ fee it’s canceled, and you pay just for repair.
