In accordance with revised Government advice on the Coronavirus (COVID 19), we have continued to support our business and residential clients throughout these difficult times, via Remote Support.

We are carrying out essential repairs, if you want to have your device fixed, we can do that for you.

We are now able to provide a limited collection and drop off service.

Here are the tasks for safety collection of your device:

  1. Wipe the laptop/computer with anti-bacterial wipes.
  2. When our engineer will arrive at your property, we will ring your phone and ask you to place the laptop/computer on your doorstep.
  3. Once the device it’s fixed, we will return it back following the above procedures.
  4. You will receive an electronic invoice.
